About this role:

We are seeking an experienced solutions consultant to join our Client Success team in Latin America (LATAM). This role sits at the intersection of technology and client relationships, where you'll be instrumental in driving our growing LATAM business forward. This position offers the dynamic environment of a startup within the stability and resources of a larger organization.

As a solutions consultant, you will be on the front lines of expanding our business across Latin America. You'll work directly with publishers, broadcasters, and streaming partners to architect custom solutions using Magnite's technology stack. This is a true generalist role that requires equal parts technical expertise, business acumen, and client relationship skills.

You'll be challenged daily with complex technical problems while building deep, consultative relationships with clients. You'll need to understand the LATAM market, the ad tech business, identify opportunities for growth, and design technical solutions that enable their success. You will need strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to get to the root cause of technical problems that arise. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguous situations, enjoys solving technical and quantitative problems, and gets genuine satisfaction from making clients successful.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business deeply, brainstorm solutions, and architect custom technical integrations using Magnite's technology stack (SpringServe Adserver + SSP, DV+, Demand Manager, Clearline)

  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems (e.g. data center routing, ad server logic, discrepancies, and integration issues) across all Magnite’s product suite to find root cause of issues and resolve accurately and timely. 

  • Analyze platform data to identify patterns and optimize publisher performance (e.g. fill rate, latency, user experience).

  • Educate and advise clients on ad tech best practices and optimal platform configurations across Web, CTV, DOOH, and emerging formats

  • Work with global Technical Operations and Product teams to share key trends in the LATAM market, and to ensure LATAM client needs are represented in product development

  • Partner with Commercial teams on go to market strategies, strategic pitches, and technical conversations to secure new business.

  • Translate between languages and teams - communicate with clients in Portuguese and Spanish, then translate technical issues and requirements into English for Product and Engineering teams. 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical troubleshooting, or technical account management roles. 

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Self-starter mentality with comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Service-oriented personality - genuinely motivated by helping clients succeed and going above and beyond

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills - enjoys tackling complex, ambiguous problems and finding creative solutions

  • Data-driven decision maker, experienced in analysing performance metrics and using data to improve efficiency and yield.

  • Client-facing experience and the ability to translate technical detail into actionable insights for partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication skills to communicate across the organization globally. Experience operating in cross-cultural environments

A plus if you have:

  • Fluency in Portuguese

  • Strong understanding of ad tech and programmatic, with significant exposure to the SSP/publisher side - ideally in SSAI, CTV, or Prebid

  • Familiarity with data querying and scripting languages (such as SQL, Python, and Javascript) and utilizing AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude Code)

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field (e.g. Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.).

Skills Required

  • 5–7+ years of experience in ad tech or programmatic, particularly within the LATAM market
