We are looking for a Senior TA Lead to drive Atlassian's Business hiring in India - you will be responsible for all non-tech hiring in India. We are looking for a strategic Recruitment leader to execute on India Business growth objectives, and partner with our most senior business leaders.

Experience and skills we require:

  • A track record owning hiring objectives across multiple teams and ability to plan, organise and implement projects to meet established goals on time.
  • Experience using complex data to drive distinctive perspectives, insights and actions to improve the hiring lifecycle.
  • Capable of leading a dynamic TA organisation. Ability to support employees through the change process and also mentor them to become change leaders.
  • Stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership and a track record of partnering with these leaders, using data lead strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to mentor and coach TA teams, and adopt strategies to elevate performance.
  • Care. Alignment to our values and experience exhibiting them in your actions and communication with colleagues and candidates.
