Position Summary
The Senior Manager QA Tables will lead and execute quality assurance for Table Games across the global organization. Reporting to the Executive Director of Table Games, this role serves as a key expert in Table Games arena, combining domain knowledge of Table Games with quality assurance principles software/hardware and knowledge of compliance rules for Table games to ensure successful on time/high quality launch of Table Games products. The focus will be to understand new product requirements, identify gaps/risks and develop an effective quality strategy to mitigate the risks through the product development lifecycle. As a Table Games Subject Matter expert, the individual in this role would also mentor other members in the SQA team on Tables domain knowledge.
Essential Job Functions:

Analyze new product requirements and determine key focus areas of change and risk from an engineering, domain and compliance perspective.

Develop an effective Test strategy considering project timelines, regulatory requirements and team capacity/distribution. Prepare estimates/timelines and develop a test implementation/execution plan

Mentor the team to during test design phase to determine test focus areas (functional and regression) and develop test scenarios

Collaborate with global teams across product management, engineering (software and hardware), compliance, PMO for effective project management of the SQA phase of the product development lifecycle

Collaborate with supporting functions to testing to ensure dependencies are aligned in advance and there is a mitigation strategy to testing risks (such as test infrastructure availability, testing support for integrations/interfaces etc.)

Oversee all SQA projects within the respective portfolio and mentor the team to ensure on time, high quality of delivery

Represent SQA team on relevant internal and external forums for updates, knowledge sharing, thought leadership

Develop domain knowledge within the SQA team

Stay informed of industry trends in Table Games and Quality Assurance including automation, incorporating innovative solutions into SQA processes
Qualifications
Education / Experience:
-
3+ years of experience in Table Games (both product knowledge and compliance/regulatory requirements)

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in a senior or advanced quality related role

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field and Relevant certifications (CQE, Six Sigma, PMP, or Data Analytics) are highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of Table Games from both a functional and engineering perspective

Expertise in quality assurance in Gaming Industry including test design, test execution, testing tools etc.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with stakeholders across all levels.

Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations related to Table Games

Ability to manage shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
