QualificationsMinimum Qualification:
- First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting (Required)
- Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce (Preferred)
Experience Required :
- 8 - 10 years experience in Business Support
- Able to demonstrate experience managing broad range of projects to completion to achieve defined business objectives or metrics
- Experience influencing and inspiring teams or business leads in driving transformational change through the delivery of strategic imperatives and operational efficiencies within a banking context operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Outputs :
- Develop/reference frameworks to facilitate strategic priority setting and translate strategy into business priorities.
- Guide business leaders and programme managers on aligning initiatives to strategic goals.
- Identify competitive enablers to recommend strategic interventions, and assess internal capabilities and market dynamics to inform strategic positioning.
