Skills Required
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2-4 years of experience in sales leadership or formal mentorship
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas as an individual contributor in an SMB or mid-market environment
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Experience navigating pilots or proof-of-concepts with prospects
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to command a room
- Deep familiarity with modern sales technology stacks, such as Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
