About the Role:

We are seeking a Sr Manager of Strategic Finance to join our growing organization. In this role, you will work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure the successful analysis and deployment of strategic initiatives to drive growth and cost savings throughout the business. You will be an active participant in both strategic and long term planning, as well as day to day management of the business to ensure budgets are achieved. 

This role will report to Nanit’s CFO and will have broad responsibility across the Company’s strategic finance areas, including: business case analysis, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, fundraising, M+A, capital markets and investor relations.

What you'll be doing:

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business opportunities
• Identify specific areas of opportunity through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and formulate goals and milestones that will enable us to achieve those objectives
• Be an active participant in strategic planning, partnering with stakeholders to build business cases for key initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive key business initiatives, including new product launches, investor materials, and other strategic initiatives
• Prepare comprehensive quarterly board packages, including strategy analysis, performance evaluations, and financial reporting for both board members  and investors. 
• Develop company and competitor strategic thought pieces and analyses
• Support the company’s fundraising, financing, and M+A activities
• Generate actionable financial and operational reporting, including weekly, monthly and quarterly packages for key internal and external stakeholders. Identify net new growth and cost savings opportunities through your analysis.

Who you are:

• Masters Degree or equivalent practical experience 
• 5-7 years in related strategic finance role, preferably previous experience working in corporate development strategy, business consulting and/or investment banking
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence members of the C Suite.
• Excellent relationship building skills and able to communicate successfully at all levels to, both internal and external stakeholders
• Exceptional presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Demonstrated passion for the brand and strong work ethic. 
• Previous work experience in a growth consumer wellness or healthcare environment, a plus

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience

• Strong financial modeling skills

• Experience in strategic planning and business case development
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3 days per week.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
