Create platform-native short-form video, photos, captions, and simple graphics from ideation through filming, editing, and posting. Monitor and mine comments/DMs for content ideas, manage the content calendar and asset library, identify trends and translate campaigns into social-first assets, and use performance data to refine creative choices.

Lead Scrum implementation and continuous improvement across cross-functional R&D teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, maintain roadmaps and Jira, introduce AI/automation to boost efficiency, and define KPIs to drive predictable delivery.

Build and operate production AI systems that integrate deep learning, computer vision, and GenAI. Develop scalable data pipelines, support offline experimentation/validation, own end-to-end feature delivery, collaborate with Algorithms and Data teams, and contribute to backend engineering best practices across R&D.

Lead Nanit's product design organization across hardware, mobile, subscription, and web. Define design vision and strategy, scale a design system, drive user-centered mobile and IoT experiences, partner with Product/Engineering/Clinical/Marketing, grow and manage designers, and embed AI-enabled design practices to improve retention and customer value.

Serve as the global head of People, partnering with executive leadership to build and scale HR programs. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations and compliance, performance management, and culture initiatives across multiple geographies.

Own D2C growth for the UK and Canada: set regional strategy with the VP of Growth, manage paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon) via agencies, run affiliate programs, and lead Shopify site merchandising, localization, CRO/A-B testing, and influencer efforts. Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, coordinate cross-functional partners, and drive market-specific tests and P&L-level decisions.
