Own D2C growth for the UK and Canada: set regional strategy with the VP of Growth, manage paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon) via agencies, run affiliate programs, and lead Shopify site merchandising, localization, CRO/A-B testing, and influencer efforts. Track KPIs, optimize campaigns, coordinate cross-functional partners, and drive market-specific tests and P&L-level decisions.

Leads international sales strategy and revenue growth across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Manages distributor and partner relationships, develops regional go-to-market plans, monitors forecasting and budgets, coordinates trade shows, collaborates cross-functionally, and gathers market feedback to inform product and marketing strategies.

Founding backend engineer for a Growth squad owning the full customer funnel. Build services for paywalls, subscriptions, onboarding, in-app messaging, referrals, trials, and checkout. Implement experimentation, feature flags, event tracking, APIs for mobile, monitoring, and on-call coverage. Partner with mobile engineers and PMs, ship end-to-end, and establish US engineering patterns and best practices.

As the founding mobile engineer on Growth, build and ship end-to-end features across iOS and Android (paywalls, onboarding, subscriptions, in-app messaging, referrals). Implement client-side measurement (feature flags, experiment assignment, instrumentation), review code, collaborate with backend/product/design/QA, and work with Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose for iOS where applicable.
