Job Description Summary:
The role of this position is to lead brand management, marketing, and P/L management of Sparkling Flavors Brands, with primary scope of Fanta.
In partnership with Japan & South Korea cross-functional teams, Global Sparkling Flavors community network, and the bottling partners, he/she will be expected to deliver high-quality brand experiences to the consumers and customers in the most disruptive, effective and efficient way, and to develop disproportionate and innovative platform for business growth.
What You’ll Do for Us
With entire Sparking Flavors portfolio in consideration, her/his focus on leading the acceleration of unlocking full business potential of Fanta TM business.
Lead brand business diagnosis (consumer centric, as well as channels, competition, customers and trends), strategy proposal, core business growth & new innovation pipeline development, campaign planning/execution, and market operation execution.
Lead future product pipeline to deliver sustainable revenue and profit by closely working with related functions, such as R&D, Technical, Procurement, Human Insights, Design, Finance, Legal and Commercialization.
Collaborate with Contents/End to End Experience/Agencies to deliver the disruptive consumer experience/communication/promotion to grow the Brand.
Develop commercial plans by closely working with related functions, such as franchise operations, channel team and Bottling partners.
Proactively manage P/L for the positive impact on System Economics, by proposing to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve Package & Channel mix.
Work closely with the Global Sparkling Flavors community to ensure local market dynamics are well reflected in global strategy development, synergize with other markets for bigger enterprise-wide contribution with scale, efficiency and expertise.
Manage marketing budget in alignment with brand strategy and productivity guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Brand management / Marketing experience with big and/or global brands and/or emerging local brands: Proven experience in leading business with holistic consumer marketing experience; holistic market/business diagnostics to identify key issues, consumer in-depth insight identification, brand growth strategy development, innovation (business model, new product development), and campaign design/development, communication/creative development.
Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
Global communication skill, Fluent verbal and written English, to participate in the global community.
