The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of our Connected Worker Platform for Plant Operations and Maintenance. This role is crucial in driving productivity, reliability, safety, and innovation across our client operations and maintenance business functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, Delivery Leadership, Team Management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Lead the solution consulting and implementation of our proprietary Connected Worker Platform to enhance client plant Operations and Maintenance.
  • Drive our Value360 based Solution Consulting and Delivery methodology from the design to delivery 
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams (Implementation Consultants, Solution Consultants), ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the seamless integration and effective use of SAP Plant Maintenance within our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Product Management, Product Engineering, Solution Engineering etc., to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within client operations.
  • Manage and control the defect leakages from the projects and ensure high customer satisfaction with high quality and value product delivery.
  • Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and assets, monitor resource allocation and make adjustments as needed to align with project priorities and timelines.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and optimize team performance.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Train the solution consultants to ensure the value based solution is implemented rather than a technical solution.
  • Track, manage, and report on project performance data. Utilize JIRA or other project management tools to monitor project progress, track issues, and manage tasks. 
  • Analyze project data to identify risks, and product dependencies. Ensure timely resolution of project issues and impediments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated experience in delivering software products to manufacturing / oil & gas / utility / Mining industry operations and maintenance, business, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in technology consulting and business analysis for designing and implementing the software solutions to solve business problems
  • Experience with mobile-enabled platforms or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Very good exposure to SAP PM module, nice to have working experience in SAP PM module implementations in large process industries
  • Very good knowledge of plant operations and maintenance business processes
  • Experience in end to end software delivery life cycle
  • Ability to handle large teams and portfolio delivery 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in facilitating workflows across multiple departments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position currently has supervisory responsibilities.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required depending on business needs.
