In this role, you will:
- Manage Regional Mobility Operations: Responsible for overseeing regional operations teams handling and supporting end-to-end immigration, global assignments, relocation, US Work Authorization, and mobility services to ensure compliance with local and international regulations and company policies
- Primary In-Country Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external vendors, and government agencies to facilitate smooth mobility transactions and resolve escalations within country as well as representing and advocating the global operating model and processes
- Manage and develop team of individual contributor roles with low to moderate complexity and risk in functional area, and engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with HR service delivery
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and ensure functions meet regulatory guidelines in support of risk management and compliance
- Supervise timely completion, quality, and compliance
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of functional area and team to meet business objectives
- 4+ years of HR Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Global mobility experience with expertise in immigration, international assignments, and relocation processes, particularly for US, India, and the Philippines
- Demonstrate proven experience in developing talent, coaching team members, and influencing senior leadership to drive strategic mobility initiatives
- Demonstrable experience in Stakeholder Management: having the ability to effectively set and manage expectations, have difficult conversations when necessary and liaise with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Experience with HR and Mobility Platforms: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Workday, and mobility applications to manage workflows, data integrity, and employee experience effectively
- Experience working in a global operating environment, collaborating across regions and time zones and working within a matrixed organizational structure
- Interpret and develop guidelines and procedures for functions within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and multiple level managers; and interact directly with internal customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for aligned department or business group
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- Manage and mentor a team of 8+ individuals
- Ability to work in US hours to support critical stakeholders, as needed or scheduled
- Align to regional in-office expectations
