- Lead and develop multiple agile engineering teams delivering full-stack product development, quality engineering, deployment, and sustenance for the Transmission portfolio.
- Drive portfolio-level engineering execution to ensure roadmap commitments are delivered with high standards of quality, predictability, operational readiness, and customer impact.
- Establish and strengthen quality ownership across the Transmission portfolio, ensuring teams are accountable for defect prevention, test effectiveness, non-functional requirements, and overall product quality.
- Anchor and scale DevOps and SRE practices across the portfolio, including CI/CD maturity, automation, observability, service ownership, incident readiness, and production support excellence.
- Act as a strong Engineering Manager, balancing strategic priorities, people leadership, delivery execution, and technical governance across teams.
- Champion software engineering excellence through standardization of development practices, code quality, design discipline, test automation, secure development, and maintainable architecture.
- Partner with product management, architecture, quality, platform, and support teams to align engineering execution with business priorities and portfolio goals.
- Build, coach, and lead high-performing engineering teams and managers with a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
