In this position you will....
Lead the Regional Sales Excellence function, partnering with senior leaders across Asia Pacific to accelerate commercial growth and improve business performance.
You will own the strategy, governance and oversee execution of key growth initiatives across go-to-market (GTM), sales excellence, retention optimisation and performance management, ensuring markets consistently achieve ambitious revenue, gross margin, attachment rate and retention objectives.
Acting as a trusted advisor to Regional Leadership, Country General Managers and executive stakeholders, you will combine strategy, analytics and sales excellence to identify growth opportunities, solve complex business challenges and implement best practice execution across the region.
This role leads a regional team and works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Technology and partner organisations to deliver scalable growth.
You will be responsible for…
Account Strategy & Planning
- Owning the regional framework for strategic account planning and growth strategies.
- Challenging and coaching market teams to build ambitious, commercially robust business plans for key partners. Ensure successful commercial initiatives are replicated across the region.
- Supporting executive discussions with strategic partners by providing commercial insights, recommendations and growth opportunities.
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Owning the regional go-to-market framework for new partnerships, products and strategic growth initiatives.
- Leading GTM planning across sales, marketing, training and partner readiness to maximise sales and launch success.
- Identifying opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and increase commercial performance across markets.
- Establishing strong GTM governance to ensure consistent execution and rapid scaling of successful initiatives.
Sales & Retention Optimisation
- Owning the regional Sales Excellence strategy to improve Revenue, Gross Margin, Attachment Rate, Retention and sales productivity.
- Identifying performance opportunities and partner with market leadership to develop and execute improvement plans.
- Leading sales and retention optimisation initiatives through best practice sharing, sales playbooks and scalable performance improvement programmes.
- Owning the regional strategy and governance for sales incentive programmes, ensuring they drive the right behaviours and commercial outcomes.
- Measureing the impact of initiatives and continuously optimising performance through data, customer insights and AI-driven analytics.
Sales Analytics & Executive Reporting
- Overseeing regional sales reporting, dashboards and executive business reviews.
- Driving executive-level insights that supporting strategic decision making across Revenue, Gross Margin, Attachment Rate, Retention and productivity.
- Driving high-impact Executive Committee, Board and regional leadership presentations.
- Driving automation of reporting through Power BI, AI and modern analytics platforms to improve speed, accuracy and decision quality.
AI Transformation & Sales Productivity
- Driving adoption of AI, automation and digital tools that improve sales effectiveness, reporting, forecasting and operational efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to replace manual processes with scalable, technology-enabled solutions.

Executive Stakeholder Management
- Serving as a trusted advisor to Regional Leadership, Country GMs and executive stakeholders on commercial performance and growth strategy.

- Representing the Regional Sales Excellence function in executive forums, strategic planning sessions and partner engagements.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Telecommunications, IT, or Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, sales performance, sales operations or go-to-market roles
- Strong experience in multi market or regional roles (preferably across Asia)
- Proven track record in GTM strategy, sales enablement and performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives or managing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across departments.
Skills Required
