Pursuant to Section 20 CFR 656.10(d), you are hereby notified that an application for permanent employment certification will be filed for the following position:
Position Duties:
- Partner with sales leaders and finance teams to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and consistency of sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the sales process across multiple product lines and business units, ensuring streamlined operations and clear sales strategies.
- Ensure that sales teams have access to high-quality data, tools, and reporting systems necessary to drive performance and meet targets.
- Work with Business Unit (BU) leaders and sales leadership to oversee account assignment and quota setting processes, ensuring fair and effective distribution of targets.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales priorities and business objectives.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes, tools, and reporting systems to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track sales data to assess team performance against targets, identifying trends and recommending actions for improvement.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
Requires Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field plus 4 years’ experience as Senior Manager, Sales Operations or similar role. Also requires demonstrated knowledge or experience in the following:
- Sales processes, sales methodologies, and revenue forecasting.
- Using CRM systems to extract sales data (NetSuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Data tools (Tableau or Power BI, Snowflake, QlikView).
- Excel for data analysis
- Position is fully remote, and employee may live anywhere in the US. Travel to Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA required once a month.
Benefits
Rate of Pay: The salary for this position is from $165,942 to $170,000 per year. This amount meets or exceeds the prevailing wage as determined by the U. S. Department of Labor.
Compensation may vary inside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the employee’s total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, commissions, profit-sharing, or other stock compensation.
