  • Partner closely with AR to ensure alignment from billing through cash conversion and issue resolution
  • Serve as a key point of contact for audit, SOX, and technical accounting inquiries
  • Identify and drive process improvements to support scale and reduce operational risk
  • Build and develop a high-performing team supporting revenue operations and accounting

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/revenue, including Big 4 experience
  • CPA required
  • Strong experience with ASC 606 and SaaS revenue models (usage, drawdown, multi-element arrangements)
  • Proven ability to operate in a high-growth, high-complexity environment
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with NetSuite and large-scale billing systems preferred
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau) to drive insights and decision-making
  • Familiarity with automation and AI/LLM-driven workflows to improve operational efficiency is a plus
