The team:

The Revenue Operations team sits strategically at the unification of people, process, technology, and data. They work to drive a buyer centric go-to-market strategy and enable the ability for Jobber to engage with the right person, at the right time, in the right way. The team consists of roles that contribute to a whole that is much greater than the sum of its parts.

The role:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations, the Senior Manager, Revenue Technology is a transformational leader and creative problem solver with a passion for tackling GTM technology across the entire customer journey. They are responsible for managing a high performance team that is directly owning revenue technology and its ongoing development. They will ensure deep collaboration with technical contributors and shape the overall technical landscape for Jobbers GTM teams.

The Senior Manager, Revenue Technology will:

  • Manage a team of Revenue Technology Admins while actively developing their skillset and technical effectiveness.

  • Manage a wide array of senior and executive level contributors across the engineering and data org.

  • Take ownership of all revenue technologies and associated initiatives.

  • Work closely with technical leads on finding cohesion and space across multiple sprints and competing roadmaps.

  • Work collaboratively with the leaders to drive the technology and overall Jobber strategy to accelerate the most strategic business outcomes.

  • Drive and provide data driven recommendations to execute, monitor and communicate progress, trade-offs or decisions needed

  • Quickly and effectively, identify and clarify the critical issues and dependencies that need action and drive them through to closure. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form. Effectively balance business needs versus technical constraints

  • Builds trust across teams and generates broad support for the project/program.

  • Recommends and drives areas of improvement within revenue technology and work with stakeholders to implement

  • Rapidly navigate new technology areas, dive deep into subject areas and bring information back to the right level of granularity.

  • Ability to drive domain specific discussions, leading experts in the field through active problem solving.

  • Develops a high quality plan that is organized into manageable pieces that can be individually owned.

  • Identifies risks and issues and presents recommended response plans to stakeholders.

To be successful, you should have:

  • Strong leadership ability demonstrated through extensive experience managing teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the VP level within a matrixed environment.

  • Knowledge of SaaS technologies or demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile and Scrum development methodologies, project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs.

  • Agile training and experience preferred.

  • Deep RevOps experience; strong understanding of SMB B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, processes, pipelines, and technology. [Specific focuses okay (sales, marketing, customer success, etc)].

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Revenue.io and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Mode Analytics.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize data into understandable information that supports effective decision making.

  • Experience with digital transformation of rev technology tooling.

  • To be comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment. We’re growing fast and things are changing every day - what worked yesterday might not anymore.

  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and establish new processes while streamlining existing ones.

Location:

We believe great collaboration is intentional, and sometimes that means coming together in person to build, brainstorm, and connect. To support this, the role is open to candidates based in one of our hub cities: Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo.

Compensation:

At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth. This role has a minimum annual salary of $151,200, a midpoint of $177,900, and a maximum salary of $204,500, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.

We design our compensation to reflect each new hire’s skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary. Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop. This approach ensures that compensation aligns with both an individual’s current capabilities and their opportunity for future growth.

Base salary is just one part of a total compensation package that will include equity rewards, annual stipends for health and wellness, retirement savings matching, and an extended health package with fully paid premiums for body and mind.
