The Role

This is a field-based role within Spain with frequent travel. Ideally, you will be based in proximity to a major city.

We bring a broad and diverse portfolio of existing products, with new applications planned for launch through 2024 including our LBx and AML/MRD Solutions which your teams will take to market.

Reporting to the MD Sales EMEA you will be a contributing manager, responsible for leading and supporting sales colleagues across the Iberian region to drive revenue growth and customer expansion.

  • Lead our sales team of 4 across the territory.
  • Providing leadership sponsorship to Identify and close opportunities with new partner organisations.
  • Drive expansion across existing customers groups
  • Enable a community of customer partners to drive best-in-class service
  • Advise the company and guide product management on market & product requirements




  • 5+ Years of consultative sales experience, able to understand customer needs and articulate product offering to match
  • Previous experience directly leading or managing a team in a sales environment is highly valuable
  • Experience of either: Selling NGS or Genomics products into Lab environments (preferred) or experience of selling clinical products into hospital / healthcare systems
  • A true hunter mindset - hungry to see consistent growth, with a proven track record of success
  • You don't need deep product knowledge within Genetics, Diagnostics or similar Health Analytics, but you must be hungry to learn about the subject matter.
  • You will need to be able to travel across your territory to a minimum of 50%, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.


NB: To be suitable, you will need to be fully bilingual in Spanish & Portuguese. English is our primary business language, and all applications/CVs should please be in English for a successful review.
