We are looking for a passionate and energized analytical Customer Development professional with a strong commercial eye for business.

Core Responsibilities
Manages and facilitates commercial Go-To-Market activities and guidelines, including: Differentiation, Distribution and Listings, Trade Spend, promotional guidance.
Collaborate and align with Sales, Brand and Operations within the Americas markets to drive the development and execution of Differentiation initiatives and commercial traction activities for our retail partners.
Facilitates the Americas differentiation forum.
Customer Development partner, functional leader for Latin America Market and part of the LATAM Leadership Team.
Driver of space management guidelines, analytics and optimization across Americas.
Driver of brand protection through the development, management and execution of pricing policies for the LATAM markets; includes vendor management relationship.
Support the business with commercial & customer challenges by acting as an internal consultancy in the area of revenue management, e.g. example margin management/enhancement; includes local and global MCD participation.

Customer Development works across the AMS market to optimize commercial momentum, support group-wide commercial strategies and drive commercial insights and capability building in how we activate our brand and go to market.
In this role you will have a significant impact on developing and embedding the Go-To-Market approach. You’ll need to balance short-and long-term goals, continuously stay up to date of our commercial situation, challenges and industry methodologies to drive fact-based discussions about the challenges and opportunities in the retail landscape.
You need to be able to engage in dialogues and influence senior partners, and through collaboration seek solutions that provide clear direction and ultimately actions plans.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven channel management experience within a CPG environment
A strong commercial mentality; including experience within revenue management, driving commercial excellence, strategy, category/customer development or similar function
Excellent strategic orientation with the ability to take an integrated perspective seeing the bigger picture and as well as the complexities within the business operating environment
Proficient in written and spoken English
Ability to communicate and influence senior leaders across the business through strong leadership skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team and partner success
Comfort level working with all levels of the organization and taking an influential leadership position
Recognizes opportunities and puts action plans in place to determine the best approach to problem solving or development of processes and methodology
Ability to manage large, sophisticated commercial projects across multiple teams
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

There is no relocation budget for this role.
