The Senior Manager – Program & Operations Lead will be part of the Technology & Data Solutions organization, reporting to the Head of APAC & EMEA Advisory Products.This role is responsible for supporting the leadership of the regional Advisory team, ensuring effective coordination, delivery execution, project governance, and financial management across all initiatives.
The role will work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Change & Training teams, Data & Reporting teams, and key business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of regional priorities. The Senior Manager – Program & Operations Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of APAC & EMEA Advisory initiatives by bringing structure, visibility, and discipline across the portfolio.
This role is responsible for:
• Managing and maintaining integrated Program and project plans
• Driving PMO governance, reporting, and delivery standards
• Supporting team operations and leadership cadence
• Managing project and team financials, including budgets and forecasting
• Ensuring alignment across strategic initiatives such as Salesforce, GenAI and regional harmonization Programs
This role acts as a key extension of leadership, ensuring that strategy is translated into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.

About The Role:
- Lead program management activities, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Establish robust governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight to provide leadership with clear visibility into program performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and enable seamless delivery across multiple initiatives.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth.
- Experienced in PMO, program management, or business operations within a fast-paced, global organization.
- Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities across regions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving processes, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments and using project management and reporting tools to support decision-making.
