The Position:
As GameChanger continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations to partner with our Chief Product & Technology Officer in scaling the operating model behind our Product organization. In this role, you will help define and improve the planning processes, operating rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and reporting mechanisms that enable Product teams to execute effectively and remain focused on the highest-impact opportunities. You will serve as a strategic operational partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Commercial teams, helping drive alignment, visibility, and accountability across key initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role for a strong operator who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, translating strategy into execution, and helping organizations operate more effectively. You will report directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and work from our New York City HQ.
What You’ll Do:
Define and continuously improve the Product operating model, including planning cycles, roadmap reviews, prioritization frameworks, leadership cadences, and execution rhythms
Lead annual, quarterly, and ongoing planning processes to ensure alignment between company objectives, product priorities, and team execution
Build and maintain portfolio-level visibility across Product initiatives through operational dashboards, KPI reporting, roadmap tracking, and dependency management
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders to improve cross-functional alignment, execution consistency, and organizational focus
Establish and manage operational reporting processes that help leadership understand progress, risks, trade-offs, and strategic opportunities
Translate customer feedback, product metrics, and organizational signals into actionable recommendations that improve prioritization and decision-making
Drive leadership communications through all-hands content, portfolio reviews, planning materials, executive updates, and organizational storytelling
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes, tools, and workflows that improve visibility, accountability, and execution across the Product organization
Who You Are:
8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Product Management, Business Operations, or a related field within a technology organization
Experience building and scaling operating models, planning processes, roadmap governance, or portfolio management functions within Product organizations
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business teams
Experience developing KPI frameworks, operational reporting, dashboards, or portfolio visibility processes that support executive decision-making
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, and organizational operating rhythms
Experience working directly with senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Familiarity with product planning, project management, analytics, and AI-assisted workflow tools

The target salary range for this position is between $170,000 and $190,000 This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
