Senior Manager, Product Marketing

WHO YOU ARE:

Zinnia is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in leading go-to-market for key solutions in our portfolio, generating insights that inform our product strategy, and creating and executing campaigns to drive efficient growth. The Senior PMM will hone the messaging and positioning for our solutions and work with Marketing and other teams within the company to ensure the message is carried forward to drive pipeline. This role will report to the Head of Product & Brand Marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Get sales, success, and marketing excited about product value
  • Use customer pains & gains in messaging to drive adoption
  • Drive competitive intelligence management and the creation of battlecards and other competitive materials to enable our marketing and sales teams to compete effectively
  • Lead GTM strategy for new feature launches, serving as key point of contact with strategic and technical partners across product management, sales, growth marketing, creativity, and more.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, or GTM that involves translating technical concepts into engaging messaging across multiple channels and mediums
  • Experience in B2B insurtech or fintech, with a moderate technical understanding of current digital transformation challenges, additional preference for experience with an audience of IT decision-makers at wealth management and financial services firms
  • Experience collaborating with a broad range of departments that include sales, product management, engineering, and customer success across multiple time zones
  • A desire to make a big impact on the business's performance - and a track record of doing so
  • A love for translating complicated ideas into practical messaging tailored to the context and needs of your audience
  • A strong sense of ownership: you don't need to be asked to take the lead, get answers, or find solutions
  • A willingness to learn. People who thrive here tend to have a little grit, an "I can do anything" attitude, and take initiative to learn what they don't already know
