1. JOB PURPOSE

Contribute to maximizing Marketing performance (share, OaO and Profit) in AMIO region through leading and harmonizing (coordinating) marketing teams in each country and their proposals. Secure smooth delivery of milestones: define appropriate DOA, schedule necessary reviews (PRA process), guide the proposal and guarantee on-time delivery of supporting material.
 

 2. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES : . Product Marketing : • Build model grade structures, walk and price positioning according to market requirement • Develop M&S proposal together with country MKT at each product milestone (Contract, MPR, etc.) and expediting alignment between country MKT and region • Define GTM strategy across the region • Develop product marketing plans with country MKT to deliver sales & profit objectives • Monitor and Strengthen the Product performance through coordination between different operational functions/countries.

3. MAJOR CHALLENGES
Due to AMIO not being the main market for most of the models, securing the introduction of wanted models especially at the right timing has always been a challenge for AMI region.
Complexity of model introduction process, having extremely diverse function involved causing M&S to create thorough analysis/logic while the information is limited, and way of developing the proposal being unique to Nissan (e.g., ABC method for volume estimation).
High turnover in the marketing team in the markets not allowing to accumulate Nissan’s way and know-how of product MKT job

6.SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Strong Automotive Industry Knowledge, Automobile Technical – Analytical skills, Good understanding of Automobile business model & Process , Strategies – After thorough analysis of customers / Market trends/ Competition – Able to propose right product strategy in line with business requirement as well as refreshment of existing models

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
MBA – Marketing in International Business with B.E in Mechanical / Automobile Engg

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Experience in Automotive manufacturing company a must, preferably in Product Planning / Product Marketing Experience: : 10 ~ 12 Years

1. Highly self-motivated and passionate
2. Should be speedy in his/her actions , negotiation & assertive skills
3. Interpersonal skill to deal with different countries & market (Close communication with Japan, Middle East, South Africa, etc will be required)
4. Comprehension of AMI auto market situation/environment.
5. Good Computer Skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc
6. Good Driving Skills, Has a Passport, OK for Travelling
7. Flexible, can adapt and deliver in high pressure situations.
