As a Senior Manager of Product Design (UI/UX), you'll be leading a team of talented and experienced designers to shape the future of our enterprise cloud and on-premises products, used by millions of users worldwide. You will partner closely and collaborate with product management and engineering leadership across multiple products, understand and articulate the product strategy and roadmap, and prioritize design initiatives amongst your team. You will ensure design execution excellence and foster an environment where innovation, inclusivity, and diverse perspectives are valued.

What You'll Do

• Lead the way and be a master collaborator: Manage a team of experienced product designers, drive key design initiatives, and build strong relationships with product and engineering stakeholders, effectively advocating for design excellence

• Be an influencer: Set the strategic direction for your team and leverage your UX design, research, and strategy expertise to influence product strategy and effectively communicate design decisions across teams

• Champion user-centered design: Partner with Product Managers, Content Designers, and Engineers throughout the design process, from ideation to implementation, to ensure impactful user experiences within our products

• Passionate: You proactively seek to understand our users’s needs and experiences, translating those insights into solutions

• Think big: Explore the future of our products and push the boundaries of what's possible through vision projects

• Shape our design culture: Develop existing talent, mentor designers, and stay ahead of the curve on emerging design trends and technologies

What You'll Bring

• Leadership excellence and background: 8+ years of proven product design leadership experience, with a focus on enterprise software solutions

• Design expertise: Deep understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles, and design systems

• Figma mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including creating high quality components, auto-layout, and variables

• Exceptional communication: Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate design concepts to product and engineering leadership

• Strategic thinking: Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative design solutions
