About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead our nationwide insurance product and sales strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in the Cyber insurance market, a passion for driving revenue growth, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize sales processes and translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive results.
This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive nationwide sales strategy and processes for Cyber, including piloting approaches as needed with our top trading partners.
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities, creating tailored approaches to capture market share and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage deep understanding of cyber insurance market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and execution.
- Use activity management insights to monitor the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support and refine strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to enhance customer satisfaction and inform product strategy decisions.
- Work closely with sales leaders to help align national strategies with local needs.
- Lead initiatives related to product engagement, quality assurance, training, and change management to ensure sales teams are equipped for success.
- Utilize data to optimize sales processes to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure appropriate roadmap and MAT needs for distribution.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of deep experience selling multiple lines of Insurance (Cyber, E&O, ER, etc.)
- Deep experience and relationships in insurance.
- In-depth experience in developing, executing, tracking and reporting on sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills.
- Ability to translate market knowledge to actionable sales strategies and tactics.
- High level of initiative, autonomy, and ability to influence stakeholders.
Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The US base salary for this position ranges from $125,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $160,000/year in our highest geographic market. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Your recruiter can share more on target salary for your location during the interview process. Coalition, Inc. reserves the right to modify this range as needed.
