Qiddiya Investment Company invites applications for the position of Senior Manager - Procurement & Commercial for the MBS Stadium project. This role is integral to driving procurement excellence and post contract commercial management, with an initial focus on large scale architectural and facade packages within one of our landmark developments.

The successful candidate will lead procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure the delivery of architectural and facade elements in line with project quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to integrate procurement strategies aligning with overall project objectives and see this through post contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute procurement and commercial strategies specifically for architectural and facade components of the MBS Stadium project.
  • Lead tendering processes, supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation for architectural and facade works.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Coordinate with project and design teams to understand requirements and ensure procurement plans support project schedules.
  • Implement cost control and risk management measures throughout procurement and contract management activities.
  • Monitor contract deliverables and resolve commercial issues promptly to minimize project impact.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to procurement and commercial team members involved with architectural and facade works.
  • Report procurement and commercial performance metrics regularly to senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in procurement and commercial management experience, with exposure to procuremetn large scale architectural and facade packages
  • Strong knowledge of architectural and facade materials, construction methods, and market suppliers.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale procurement projects within stadiums or major infrastructure developments.
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems, project management software, and risk management principles.
