  • Supervise testing and validate accuracy post-deployment.
  1. Strategic Pricing Inputs for Planning
  • Provide rolling plan inputs and collaborate with EPS and IST teams.
  • Analyze futures, market variables, and policy shifts for scenario planning.
  1. Internal Transfer Pricing and Standard Costing
  • Support internal material transfers between Marketing and Refinery.
  • Compute and circulate standard costing reports to FP&A on a fortnightly basis.
  1. Pricing Presentations and Knowledge Sharing
  • Prepare presentations for external conferences, inductions, and reviews.
  • Conduct training sessions for new joiners and transferees.
  1. Audit and Discrepancy Resolution
  • Address pricing discrepancies and audit observations in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely closure and documentation of audit responses.
  1. Industry Liaison and Field Operations Support
  • Engage with industry working groups to track market trends.
  • Resolve field-level pricing queries and maintain operational alignment.
  1. Team Leadership and Capability Building
  • Review and guide the work of junior team members.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team capabilities for pricing accuracy and strategic insight.

Qualifications
Knowledge
  1. Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
  • Post Graduate / Graduate with commercial/ financial acumen and Industry knowledge.

  1. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
  • Candidate should have at-least 7-12  years of relevant experience.

  • Postgraduate or graduate qualification with commercial or financial acumen and industry knowledge
