Senior Manager, PMO BP (Business Planning) & TBO (Taiwan Business Operation)

As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in molding the future of Micron Taiwan's operations.

This position offers an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and influence the strategic direction of our business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of projects and initiatives, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

• Enable OMT performance through sound strategy recommendations and detailed discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Shape operations footprint and capabilities by benchmarking performances across the network.
• Support the management team in completing strategies aligned with business goals and visions.
• Lead initiatives to support Micron Taiwan's success and business value.
• Coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of projects within the OMT PMO.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the PMO.

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives and successfully implement change.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A demonstrated ability in project management.
• Experience in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
