In this role you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and commercialization approach for predictive model-based products serving pharmaceutical and payer customers within Quest Diagnostics. You will translate market needs, customer workflows, and analytic opportunities into scalable products that operationalize predictive models, risk scores, and decision-support insights. You will partner closely with data science, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams to define product requirements, prioritize delivery, validate market fit, and ensure that predictive model products are reliable, explainable, compliant, and commercially valuable.
Responsibilities- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for predictive model-based products serving the HAS and Quest ecosystem.
- Partner with commercial leaders, customer-facing teams, and key clients to validate product-market fit and prioritize roadmap investments
- Collaborate with the MBTs to translate market needs into reusable product capabilities rather than one-off customer customizations
- Evaluate and identify high-value use cases for predictive models, including patient finding, risk stratification, provider targeting, care management, and market access workflows
- Support Market Backed Teams in developing business cases, and value narratives as needed for predictive model products
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities
Work closely with data scientists to shape model-backed product requirements including explainability, performance thresholds, monitoring, and refresh strategies - Drive disciplined backlog prioritization and make trade-offs that balance customer value, technical effort, and strategic differentiation
- Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure product feasibility, scalable implementation, and operational readiness
- Define success metrics for product performance model utilization, revenue contribution, retention, and workflow impact
- Lead cross-functional alignment across products, data science, engineering, operations, compliance, legal, and commercial stakeholders
- Support customer presentations, and the development of product enablement materials for internal and external audiences as a part of go-to-market planning
- Ensure predictive model products are positioned responsibly with appropriate attention to data quality, model governance, interpretability, and healthcare compliance
Required Work Experience:
• 5+ years of product management experience in analytics, data, AI/ML, healthcare technology, or related B2B products
• 3+ years working with predictive models, advanced analytics products, decision-support tools, or data-intensive healthcare products
• Experience translating commercial or customer needs into product requirements for technical teams
• Experience working cross-functionally with data science, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, payer analytics, pharmaceutical analytics, or another regulated domain
Preferred Work Experience:
• 7+ years of product management experience
• Experience launching predictive model products for pharma, payer, provider, or population health use cases
• Experience with commercialization of AI/ML products including positioning, pricing, packaging, and adoption strategy
• Experience working with claims, lab, EMR/EHR, specialty pharmacy, market access, or patient services data
• Familiarity with model governance, explainability, monitoring, and regulated healthcare data environments
Physical and Mental Requirements:

Knowledge:
• Product management for data, analytics, and predictive model-based offerings
