Are you ready to lead strategic forecasting and analytics for a global organization? As Senior Manager of Planning & Analytics, you’ll be the key driver behind Assurant’s demand planning and forecasting strategy—connecting insights to action and enabling smarter decisions across the business. This highly visible role partners with senior leaders, corporate actuarial teams, and supply chain experts to deliver accurate, integrated forecasts that power financial planning, manufacturing, and supply operations. You’ll play a critical role in aligning demand with supply through a holistic Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This is an onsite role in our Lewisville TX facility.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Serve as the forecasting subject matter expert (SME) and lead S&OP initiatives across the organization
  • Design and champion forecasting strategies that improve accuracy, efficiency, and service levels
  • Develop tools and platforms to standardize demand forecasts across carriers, incorporating key variables and parameters
  • Generate rolling 6-month demand forecasts, purchasing plans, and stocking targets using advanced forecasting systems
  • Partner with supply chain, production, and manufacturing teams to align demand with supply plans
  • Establish metrics and processes to continuously improve forecasting accuracy and effectiveness
  • Support implementation of planning, manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain software solutions
  • Drive the development and execution of Global and Executive S&OP processes, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with reporting teams to enhance KPIs for U.S. operations and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • BS in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, or supply chain management
  • Advanced Excel and database modeling expertise
  • Proficiency in forecasting/statistical software; experience with SAS or SQL for data extraction

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Strong understanding of complex data relationships and modeling
  • Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and provide strategic insights
  • Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven experience with forecast modeling platforms, S&OP processes, and inventory management

Pay Range:

$86,000.00 - $143,700.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
