About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Photo Operations will lead a team of full time and contract photographers and photo assistants in the execution of product photography across the various brands in the Gap, Inc. portfolio; ensuring that the unique aesthetics of each brand are expressed visually to the customer. Through direct partnership with brand creative leads, this highly skilled and experienced leader will ensure that each brands' aesthetic is consistently maintained throughout the photographic production process. They’ll achieve this through their leadership of the team by teaching, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build on capabilities; functioning as the conduit between the brands and the production team to support our customers digital journey.What You'll Do

Manage team of photographers and photo assistants, supporting the day to day operations of a photo production team

Accountable for team performance through teaching, coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities and to ensure consistent delivery of creative assets that meet our brands defined visual needs

Procure supplies, equipment, and other necessary resources. Manage studio equipment inventory and maintenance schedules.

Creating and maintaining an effective On-Boarding program for On-Figure & Product Laydown Photographers

Influence strategy for area/team; guides the implementation of new processes and best practices within a continuous improvement production environment

Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with studio operational, and brand creative partners; aligning with operational strategy as defined by Sr. Studio Leadership

Uphold the company and brand culture and create an inclusive environment where partners feel valued, appreciated, and a sense of belonging

Consider the customer experience throughout the production process, and support consistent delivery of brand partners intended customer experience

Proven track record and experience in product and marketing photography techniques and trends

Expert photography skills with experience supporting multiple brands creative needs; leading a creative team within a high-volume production environment
