- Manpower Budgeting and associated deployments through active talent acquisition process.
- Creating Talent pool for white/blue collar staff through apprentice and trainees.

- Compensation Benchmarking and Annual Compensation Revisions.
- Payroll processing and Management.
- SPOC for all employee compensation and benefits processing.
Performance Management
- Individual Goal setting and periodical review.
- Annual Review and Appraisals.
- Succession Planning for critical roles.
Statutory Compliance
- Compliance of all applicable statutes of the state/govt.
- Ensure the statutory records are maintained as per the requirements.
- Implementation of DPW internal polices and its compliance.
- Participate in the Internal and External Audits and ensure that are zero non-compliance.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
- To effectively implement activities for Employee Engagement at Workplace.
- Conducting Employee engagement surveys and implementation of action plans.

- Drive Learning and DEI initiatives at the business unit.
Sustainability
- Coordination & execution of CSR Projects for the organization.
- Driving the employee volunteering process to CSR initiatives of the organization.
Employee Life Cycle
- Drive the employee life cycle management in Oracle and other associated HR applications.
- Coordinate with global support centre regarding all HR process from entry to exit of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in human resources management functions, including three years in senior management level in reputed Industrial Organization.
- Graduate with post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management
- Functional knowledge in HC, IR, & Statutory compliance.
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, co-ordination and decision-making skill.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking & strategic decision making
- Should have worked in labour intensive work environment.
- Language proficiency in English, Malayalam mandatory and additional working proficiency in Tamil and Hindi would be preferred.
Skills Required
