What we seek:
- Oversee and responsible for the general HR operations of the functional department office including onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits, people policies in compliance with labour ordinances, internal policies & procedures
- Lead team to maintain our internal People related systems, maintenance and upgrades
- Lead team to prepare regular reports and analysis for management’s review, provide consultative guidance and executional support to ensure excellence is delivered, e.g, management reporting
- Lead team to drive and execute employee welfare and engagement activities, such as but not limited to internal communications, medical insurance or other employee benefits, etc
- Effectively lead, manage, and build a strong collaborative people operations team (C&B, HRIS & HR Operations, Employee Welfare & Services) including effective recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning
- Devise strong people processes, workflows and reporting, utilise technology and automation to streamline and create efficiency to entire employee cycle
- Work closely with BU HRBPs to understand operational needs, collaborate and work as a team to drive people projects such as onboarding/offboarding, C&B, HR systems, staff costs and management reporting etc.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows to deliver excellent employee experience
What you will need:
- Degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in people operations
- Hands on people operations and administration expertise gained from MNC or enterprises
- Knowledge of people technologies
- Experience in domestic and international payroll
- 4 to 5 years of supervisory and project management experience preferred
- Passion for creating a fun, productive workplace and culture for the team

- You are comfortable operating fast and efficiently with minimal instructions
