Oversee domestic and international payroll operations, statutory compliance, tax filings, audits, reporting, employee inquiries, and payroll data integrity. Lead and develop a payroll team of more than 10 employees, resolve complex discrepancies, manage external providers and auditors, and optimize processes through improved efficiency, accuracy, automation, and internal controls. The role manages payroll volumes exceeding 1,000 employees and collaborates with HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7-8 years working experience in Payroll or relevant.
• Able to monitor a team of more than 10 staff.
• Detail oriented, with quick numerical and mathematical mind
• Experience in handling payroll of more than 1000 employee size/volume.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline
- 7-8 years of experience in payroll or a relevant field
- Ability to monitor a team of more than 10 staff
- Strong attention to detail and numerical and mathematical ability
- Experience handling payroll for more than 1,000 employees
