We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Manager, Payroll position to lead payroll operations for a complex, multi-division organization with approximately 4,000 employees. This role provides leadership and support to a team of payroll professionals across multiple locations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for salaried, hourly, union, and non-union employees. The Senior Manager, Payroll role will oversee payroll processing, tax compliance, payroll-related reconciliations, and issue resolution while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Salary: $130, 000.00 - $145, 000.00 per year (D.O.E.) with a competitive benefits package:

The Senior Manager, Payroll will also serve as a key partner to Accounting, Human Resources, Grant Accounting, and operational leadership to ensure payroll costs are accurately allocated, labor data remains audit-ready, and payroll processes align with organizational and grant funding requirements.
