Senior Manager, Partnerships
Joining as our Senior Manager, Partnerships - APAC team, you'll lead a team of partner managers & partner recruitment managers and be in charge of ensuring we deliver a best-in-class partner experience to our partner ecosystem. You and your team are responsible for accelerating the growth of the partner ecosystem across APAC and ensuring we're delivering joint success to our customers.

You'll be someone who thrives on driving growth with a scaled partner ecosystem. With thousands of agencies, system integrators, consultants and freelancers in our partner program - delivering a best-in-class partner experience is critical to our continued success and expansion across APAC.
Your Impact:

  • Oversee the Klaviyo scaled agency partner business in APAC
  • Manage and coach a team on how to be trusted consultants to our partners - advising on topics including: pricing and packaging, building Klaviyo offerings, and how to market/ sell their services
  • Ensure that our partner managers are driving pipeline growth, building capability, customer success and gathering key market insights from our partners
  • Be in charge of driving new revenue through partner sourced opportunities
  • Build and manage a repeatable partner recruitment program
  • Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics (leads, pipeline and closed deals) for the partner business, to identify key trends and areas to improve
  • Work alongside the Sales team to make sure we're co-selling properly and providing an excellent customer and partner experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve our partner experience and process to be more efficient
  • Uncover insights and trends within our partner ecosystem and share important takeaways broadly with other Klaviyo teams - Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.
  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement and Partner Marketing to create the tools and experiences that will help make our partners successful
  • Coach your team on relationship building and sales including presentation skills
  • Help achieve our APAC business OKR


Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of MarTech SaaS Partnerships/ Channel Account Management/Sales experience
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and managing a team
  • Proven experience managing and growing B2C focused partnerships (retail and ecommerce a plus)
  • Proven experience in creating and executing partner programs with a strong track record of achieving successful results
  • Proven experience of collaborating with sales leaders to deliver on job partner and sales segment success
  • Willing and able to travel for events and on-site meetings with partner teams and key contacts across APAC
  • Highly adept at influencing and relationship building with partners and colleagues regionally and globally
  • Exceptional networker, ability to multi-thread and manage stakeholders at all levels - able to make connections across a partner's organisation and across a partner's ecosystem
  • You are excited to be a part of and have an impact on a rapidly-growing, profitable SaaS company
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Full authorisation to work in Australia without any restrictions

The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation. This role is also eligible for competitive benefits and perquisites, subject to company policy and applicable law
Base Pay Range in Local Currency:
$176,000 - $264,000 AUD
