Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Organizational Data Analytics & Insights to join our team! This position is responsible for executing data management, governance, reporting, and analysis strategies, utilizing data from diverse sources including Human Resource, Payroll, and time keeping systems. This role works closely with cross-functional teams identifying critical trends and insights to inform strategic decision-making within the organization.   • Leads efforts to improve and streamline Human Resource data management, including data collection, consolidation, governance, and utilization to support accurate, reliable, timely reporting, analytics and insights.
  • Implements and develops data strategies to enhance decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and security across all data sources and systems.
  • Manages data integration, and warehousing processes to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Oversees and supports advanced analytics, reporting capabilities, and data visualization techniques to provide actionable insights into workforce trends, productivity, and organizational health.
  • Deepens connection between company and employee metrics tied to related programs to report program effectiveness, utilization, and health.
  • Maintains data governance, hierarchy, and historic benchmarks to enhance storytelling through data to company Executive leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Reviews and analyzes enterprise-wide and business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve initiatives and programs while creating dynamic dashboards for KPIs and reporting.
  • Utilizes predictive analytics capabilities to predict employee experience and engagement to reduce turnover and increase belonging throughout the organization.
  • Collaborates and partners with internal stakeholders to execute strategic plans related to qualitative and quantitative measurable outcomes.
  • Remains current on people/culture-related trends, engagement, culture approaches, guidelines, and identify insights that will drive continuous improvement; start to assess and predict needs as the business grows.
  • Collaborates with our Marketing and Communications team to develop a strategy to highlight achievements and create awareness of our data- and people-centric culture and inclusion programs, events, and progress.
  • Applies change management methodology to work directly with internal partners to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives.
  • Ensures continual improvement in HR systems, incorporating feedback and new technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Interacts collaboratively and communicates effectively with external, internal customers, and stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment.
  • Leads the implementation of data-driven HR solutions, enhancing efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ensures compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.
  • Determines appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Builds an effective leadership team through mentoring and formal education that focuses on management and project management principles.
  • Defines annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
  • Manages and mentors employees and/or managers on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.
  • Manages and coaches employees and/or managers on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.
  • Recognizes others’ contributions and share credit for success.
  • Owns attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of program and initiatives within group to attain high employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manages budget as assigned; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) plus years experience in HR data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Expertise in data governance, data management, data integration, and data warehousing.
  • Experience working with Workday HCM (including implementation, administration, and optimization), ADP, and HR technologies.
  • Experience in change management and driving technology adoption across diverse teams.
  • Three (3) plus years leadership responsibility.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from diverse sources including employee surveys, performance metrics, and HR systems.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute data analysis strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to oversee the development and maintenance of data visualization tools and dashboards to enhance data communication and understanding.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, utilizing data-driven insights to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong decision-making authority to evaluate alternatives and make timely, well-informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of DE&I principles and their integration into data analysis and organizational strategies.
  • Flexible and adaptable in responding to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and other report writing tools (i.e., Tableau, DOMO, Power BI etc.).

Salary: $111,000 - $149,900

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
