You will be part of the Change Management pillar within our Business Transformation Office in North America. You will be instrumental in leading projects, that will be instrumental and in support of our overall transformation agenda. You will do this by designing and deploying change management strategies and solutions to help our leaders and employees navigate successfully through change. You will work directly with leaders across functions and geographies to identify change management needs, drive change adoption and sustainment.
This role will focus on organizational change: understanding how people experience change and translate it into tangible actions to mitigate. Expected responsibilities include: creating change narratives/strategies to support communications and learning, develop plans to ensure engagement and alignment, defining organizational impacts to roles/ responsibilities/structure and guide critical stakeholders on how to lead their teams towards change readiness and adoption.
*** Role will be a hybrid setting of 1-3 days in our East Hanover, New Jersey office
How you will contribute
- Lead change management initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness in support the NA organization.
- Guide senior leaders and their teams through transformational change, advocate, to establish change readiness.
- Define, design, and execute strategic change and communications interventions.
- Integrate change management tools/frameworks in support of the change required.
- Partner with functional leads to ensure change strategies are embedded within their teams and consistently executed.
- Track and measure the success of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
- Identifying and addressing communication needs for projects (including creating strategies and writing the messages)
- Partner with project teams to ensure that change solutions and change impact mitigation are woven throughout the project plan and deliverables.
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change strategies.

- Collaborative Engagement: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, to build trust and credibility among stakeholders while facilitating the project forward.
- Emotional Intelligence and Adaptability: Employ empathy and emotional intelligence to understand employee motivations and foster a positive change culture; demonstrate flexibility and resilience in navigating the evolving landscape of the project.

- Ability to facilitate, manage and influence executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.

And, ideally, someone who has:
- 7+ years of experience in execution and deployment of large-scale projects or initiatives
- Corporate and/or consulting background,
- Bachelor's degree in I/O, HR, Communications, English, Psychology business, HR management, Communication, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Change management certification preferred.
Travel requirements: Yes, but limited.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is (USD 133,900.00-184,150.00); the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
