As a member of the Global Insights & Analytics Testing Center, you will be a critical part of the team responsible for setting our global testing standards and delivering key insights across our data that raises our collective learning in achieving excellence. You will answer the most critical questions relative to Product Quality Benchmark, Pack Quality Benchmark and Innovation/Design testing by managing multiple global programs, frameworks and reporting with the ultimate goal of translating them into powerful and actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Insights Manager, you will:
- Global Program Leadership:
- Oversee the successful implementation of Product Quality Benchmark & Pack Quality Benchmark programs across 60+ markets globally.
- Develop and maintain clear protocols, training materials, and resources for local market teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Synthesize and triangulate multiple data sources to produce actionable recommendations, insights, and global meta-analyses.
- Create and deploy intuitive dashboards and scorecards that empower leadership with timely and engaging insights.
- Governance and Collaboration:
- Lead regular cross-functional governance meetings, ensuring alignment and progress on key programs.
- Partner closely with local cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external agencies to ensure program efficiency.
- Innovation and Design Testing:
- Deploy and continuously refine Testing Framework and Action Standards to support global pack redesign and innovation initiatives.
- Explore and implement new methodologies to improve program effectiveness, from enhancing guidelines to improving insights reporting.
- Program Administration:
- Manage budgeting, administrative tasks, and resource allocation for Innovation, Design, PQB, and Pack-QB programs.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in market research, analytics, statistics, or business management within a CPG or related industry.
- Proven ability to integrate and apply data to solve business challenges.
- Basic understanding of quantitative research methodology and study design.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Strong capability in building dashboards and visual reports for non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Project Management:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budget management and resource planning.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong collaboration, influencing and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.

For the U.S. locations:
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
