About the Role

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager – Operations to lead and optimize operational excellence across key business functions. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities, including process optimization, performance management, stakeholder collaboration, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, experience managing complex business operations, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high service standards.

This is a critical leadership role that requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role in Our MissionOperational Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals and organizational objectives.
  • Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost optimization through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key operational metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable operational improvements across functions.
Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams to ensure strong execution and employee engagement.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Support workforce planning, performance management, and capability development initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and other business teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to streamline operational workflows and resolve business challenges.
  • Act as a key liaison to ensure seamless coordination across departments and locations.
Process Optimization & Compliance
  • Design, document, and implement standardized operational processes and best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance frameworks, including applicable labor laws.
  • Drive process governance and operational controls to minimize risks and improve service delivery.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead operational transformation and process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support strategic initiatives focused on scalability, operational maturity, and long-term business growth.
