Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and manage our visual brand - driving consistency in imagery, spacing, and color palette usage. This Senior Manager will lead a team to deliver marketing-approved conference materials, ads, PPT slides, infographics, web pages, and other assets. The team of 5 graphic resources under the direction of this leader will also be responsible for deadline-driven PPT production and RFX graphics support. This role requires a professional with a track record in graphics leadership, extreme attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Define visual brand elements, tone and sensibility to increase brand awareness.
  • Leading a team and producing content that aligns with our evolving visual brand standards including collateral, web content, sales presentations, infographics, webinars, email and content marketing campaigns, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Epiq Corporate Marketing team and external suppliers to execute visual brand elements consistently.
  • Establish and execute standards for file storage, visual materials reviews, client SLAs, peer review practices - and overall visual brand consistency.
  • Set KPIs, monitor and evaluate results, and report on ROI metrics.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record.
  • Experience in marketing for legal industry is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; able to present complex concepts to a variety of audiences through multiple channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across the business and influence decision-making for greater outcomes.
  • Results-oriented focus, striving for quantifiable results that help the business succeed, with willingness to shift plans to meet and align to goals.
  • Self-motivated with excellent multitasking capabilities; strong project management and prioritization skills and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Creative, and innovative, regularly sharing ideas and best practices, and looking for ways to improve on current marketing efforts.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a dispersed team.
  • Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Adobe Suite: specifically InDesign
