Summary Generated by Built In

Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.

As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

We understand there may be occasional circumstances requiring accommodation and are happy to discuss them as needed. Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Marketing team to ensure PSA's content reaches the right audiences, on the right platforms, at the right time with consistency, accuracy, and a data-informed approach that strengthens the brand's presence across the collectibles hobby community.

You’ll report to the Manager, Social Media and work from our Santa Ana or Jersey City office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You'll Do:

  • Schedule and deploy social media content across all Collectors platforms, ensuring accurate timing, proper formatting, and platform-specific optimization for each post.

  • Execute social media campaigns and promotions by deploying existing and approved content that is appropriate for the broader collectibles marketplace.

  • Maintain, manage, and consistently execute against a regular social media content calendar, ensuring content is published on schedule and optimized for each platform.

  • Monitor activity on the company's branded social media platforms across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord.

  • Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams to receive, organize, and deploy approved content assets — including copy, images, graphics, and video — ensuring all posts are on-brand and published accurately.

  • Monitor, analyze and report on social media analytics, metrics, and audience sentiment across all platforms — translating data into actionable insights to set quarterly goals and continuously evolve the overall content strategy.

  • Remain up-to-date with changes and new features across all social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness of social media strategy and implementation.

Who You Are:

  • 1–2 years of social media, digital or content marketing experience, with a focus on content scheduling and deployment.

  • Degree preferred in business, marketing, advertising, PR or related field.

  • Familiar with all major social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Discord.

  • Proven experience managing and executing against a social media content calendar with precision and consistency.

  • Key understanding of branding, competitive analysis, audience building, web and social analytics, targeted content, native content, and social trends.

  • A passionate collector who is in tune with the collectibles hobby and stays up on its latest trends and news.

  • Demonstrated experience using social listening and sentiment analysis tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Hootsuite Insights or comparable platforms) to monitor brand health and community perception.

  • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling platforms such as Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Later or comparable tools.

  • Ability to build KPI reports, analyze results and handle data requests.
