The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Quality and New Product Deployment is responsible for developing, establishing, and enforcing quality assurance standards and measures and makes any needed improvements to ensure products meet quality standards.

General Responsibilities
• Manages the implementation of quality standards, ensure and execute compliance on every stage of the process
• Administrates and implements quality assurance strategies and regulations
• Handles potential risks, ensures compliance and gives recommendations
• Takes responsibility for all quality control aspects of the process (laboratories studies, clinical research, testing, operations, raw materials, production, finished product or services)
• Manages audits and regulatory inspections
• Liaises with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards
• Manages quality trainings

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Additional Specific Duties

  • Perform Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities in quick paced environment, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Direct interaction with our customers and internal support teams.
  • Establish process controls documentation (Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plans).
  • To establish Safe Launch plans to ensure highest quality levels are achieve and maintained.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective action Reponses (8D)  

Additional Specific Experience

  • Hands On experience as a Quality Engineer, with minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools, VDA & IATF Quality Management Systems
  • Product launch experience (preferred with electronic components)
  • Time and program management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within our teams
  • Robust communication skills (written & verbal) in English and EU languages
  • Capability to drive positive change in our processes and products
  • Root Case Analysis and Corrective Actions skills (8D)
  • MS Office, Oracle / Agile, Customer Web Portal capabilities
