Job Description
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior legal leadership role, preferably within a global organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
• Strong background in real estate laws, corporate law, commercial transactions and cross boarder transactions.
• Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and managing complex legal matters
• Oversee and manage legal matters across all business units
• Provide strategic legal advice to the executive leadership team and other stakeholders.
• Mitigate legal risks by identifying potential issues and implanting proactive solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement management skills
• Excellent communication (English-Arabic), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience in retail with leasing experience is a must and logistics, hospitality, and ecom industries is advantageous.
• Could provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team’s capabilities.
• Manage and oversee litigation matters, working closely with external counsel
• Develop strategies for resolving disputes and legal challenges in a cost-effective manner
• Monitor and stay updated on relevent laws, regulations, and insdustry trends impacting the organization.
QualificationsSkills / Experience required to do the job
• Saudi National (Male or Female)
• Experience in Lease Agreement Drafting and Property Due Diligence would be an advantage
• International experience preferred.
• Command over Arabic & English language (Reading, written and spoken)
• Exceptional Written and verbal communication
