Job Title: Senior Manager, IT - Manufacturing Capabilities Service Delivery
Reports to: Director, IT - Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, IT - Manufacturing Capabilities Service Delivery to lead the delivery of IT services and solutions that enable our manufacturing capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and partnering with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support IT solutions that drive business value and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the IT Manufacturing Capabilities Service Delivery team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing requirements and develop IT solutions that meet business needs, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Develop and manage the IT roadmap for manufacturing capabilities, aligning with business strategy and priorities.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions, including manufacturing execution systems, quality management systems, and other manufacturing-related applications.
  • Ensure IT solutions are integrated with other business systems, such as ERP, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure effective delivery of IT services and solutions.
  • Manage IT budgets and resources to ensure effective use of investments and alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure IT service delivery and performance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, such as infrastructure, security, and data analytics, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of IT services.
  • Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in delivering IT solutions in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, including manufacturing execution systems, quality management systems, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT, AI, and machine learning.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Certification in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation.
