Responsibility of an independent subgroup or region in all Controlling relevant matters
Act as business partner for Region and Area Controllers and their CFO
Analysis and summary of monthly results for the subgroup or region
Collaboration in the creation and analysis of budgets, forecasts and strategic planning
Participation in the annual and semi-annual financial statements process
Implementation and optimization of reporting instruments and reporting standards in the subsidiaries within the affiliated group
Support and collaboration in internal and cross functional projects
Ad-hoc analysis.
University degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance / Controlling
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in International Controlling / Financial Controlling
Proficient in financial accounting practices compliant with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Strong skills in Financial Planning
Expertise in financial consolidation and tax law
Excellent MS Office skills with a particular expertise in Excel
Experience in project management
Knowledge in Oracle Applications (Oracle HFM, Oracle EPM Planning) is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication in business English
Dynamic, communicative and target-oriented teamplayer
Strong logical and analytical thinking capabilities, along with excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
