What You'll Do for Us:
- Delivering strategic guidance and architectural insights for the design and enhancement of the organization's IT systems, including hardware, software, integration, and networks.
- Planning, designing, and creating robust technological solutions that meet business needs while adhering to enterprise architecture standards.
- Leading system integration initiatives, ensuring compatibility across various platforms, and promoting best practices in software and hardware selection.
- Solving complex technical challenges with innovative solutions while maintaining alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
- Closely collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure effective management and utilization of marketing and consumer data.
- Mentoring and guiding managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Partnering with Solution Architects to ensure application designs leverage the appropriate integration patterns and standards.
- Analyzing, designing, developing, and testing process/integration flows to support multiple business projects using integration technologies.
- Designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining integration components for applications and systems.
- Providing support for production systems to aid technical processes and interfaces.
- Understanding, refining, and adhering to integration patterns, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Keeping current with industry trends and standards.
- Building and maintaining a strong understanding of the application areas and the business areas they support.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A university degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience with integration platforms such as SAP Business Technology Platform (Integration Suite/PI/PO/CPI/APIM), Azure Integration Services, and data engineering, ideally within large organizations.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with business users and Solution Architects to determine integration requirements and develop and test HCI/CPI interfaces.
- Extensive experience with full life cycle implementation and support on SAP CPI/APIM, with additional experience in PI/PO or other integration tools being advantageous.
- Proficiency in Groovy or JAVA scripting.
- Experience creating custom integration flows based on requirements, including implementations of Cloud to on-premises and Cloud to Cloud integrations.
- Implementation of sequential and parallel multicasting for connecting multiple systems.
- Experience with Message Mapping, XSLT, and Content Modifier for transformations.
- Proficiency in handling JSON and XML conversions, content modifier, Local integration process, exception sub process, and encoding.
- Experience in setting up Keystore, generating SSL certificates, and managing SSH tokens.
- Strong database knowledge and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C#.
- Experience integrating with SAP ECC Systems or Hana Systems, especially in conjunction with Salesforce.
- Proven experience in implementing data governance and security measures.
- A creative problem-solving approach, the ability to lead cross-cultural teams, and a strong alignment with Coca-Cola's organizational values.
- Extensive experience with SAP S4 HANA and third-party systems.
- Must be self-motivated, responsible, conscientious, and detail oriented.
- Proven ability to set priorities and adhere to timelines.
- Ability to develop repeatable development processes with supporting documentation.

Pay Range:
$138,200 - $161,500
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
