As Senior Manager, Integrated Planning & SIOP, we're looking for a strategic leader responsible for driving a world-class planning process across the enterprise. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain, you’ll oversee the S&OP process integrating demand, supply, materials planning, and master data to ensure alignment across Sales, Operations, and Finance. The position requires a process-driven and data-led leader with proven success in transforming planning processes with strong cross-functional influence. The role is based in Calhoun, GA with a hybrid work arrangement—offering flexibility and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Manage and mentor an integrated planning team
  • Set clear KPIs, roles, and development paths
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Drive the S&OP Process

  • Own the end-to-end monthly S&OP cycle (demand, supply, pre-S&OP, executive S&OP)
  • Develop an integrated, forward-looking planning rhythm that aligns operational and financial plans across business units
  • Drive continuous improvement in S&OP maturity – moving from reactive to proactive to predictive
  • Establish decision-making frameworks, KPIs, and escalation protocols

Enhance Demand Planning

  • Strengthen forecasting through data, analytics, and business inputs
  • Partner with Sales & Business Leaders to deliver accountable, assumption-based forecasts
  • Drive visibility and improvements to forecast accuracy and bias at all key levels

Align Supply Planning and Capacity

  • Convert demand into feasible, resource-aligned supply plans
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to manage constraints
  • Use scenario planning to address gaps and drive long-range planning

Manage Materials and Inventory Strategy

  • Lead component and raw material planning across complex variables
  • Drive inventory visibility to optimize inventory, minimize excess, and support financial targets
  • Integrate inventory policies and segmentation into planning workflows

Govern Master Data and Planning Controls

  • Ensure structured, clean, and maintained master data (materials, BOMs, routings)
  • Drive data accuracy to support scalable, reliable planning processes

Enable Advanced Planning Tools

  • Champion APS adoption and evolution to improve speed, visibility, and accuracy
  • Partner with IT and data teams to build scalable planning models, dashboards, and exception-based workflows
  • Own the planning systems roadmap to improve visibility and decision-making agility

What you need for success:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership
  • Deep experience in S&OP, demand, supply, and materials planning
  • Hands-on experience with APS tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, NetSuite)
  • Strong ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP, Oracle)
  • Expertise in forecasting methodologies, inventory strategies, and scenario modeling
  • APICS/IBF certification preferred (CPIM, CSCP, CPF)
