About the opportunity

 

As the Senior Manager Insights, you will lead a team of Insights Analysts to deliver high-impact market research and actionable insights that support outstanding student experiences, informed decision-making and organisational performance across the University.

 

Partnering with stakeholders across faculties and portfolios, you will identify opportunities to apply market research and insights to complex challenges, translate data into meaningful recommendations, and build a strong culture of evidence-based decision-making.

 

You will play a key leadership role, developing team capability, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, driving innovation in market research practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful insights.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Lead and develop a team of Insights Analysts to deliver high-quality and impactful insights utilising a range of data sources - market research, behavioural and operational data
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advice to support strategic decision-making
  • Oversee the delivery of market research projects across the lifecycle from design through to presentations
  • Drive a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, governance and operational excellence.

About you

 

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a complex environment
  • Extensive experience delivering market research insight projects that drive business outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence at senior levels
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for executive audiences
  • Expertise in market research methodologies including qualitative and quantitative disciplines and experience in experience platforms such as Qualtrics
  • Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to be eligible to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.
