We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing global Inside Sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth, accelerating revenue generation, and improving sales productivity across our Lending business. You will play a critical part in connecting Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure demand generation activities translate into measurable business outcomes and support Finastra's continued growth.

About the Role
As Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and contributing predictable pipeline growth. You will drive performance against pipeline and conversion targets while creating an environment focused on coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Executive Leadership, you will ensure alignment across go-to-market initiatives and play an active role in optimizing sales processes, adopting new technology, and enhancing team productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team of Inside Sales professionals.
Establish clear performance expectations, coaching frameworks, and accountability measures.
Conduct regular performance reviews, career development discussions, and coaching sessions.
Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and onboarding initiatives.

Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth
Own team performance against qualified pipeline creation targets.
Drive lead management excellence and optimise conversion throughout the sales funnel.

Collaborate closely with Sales leaders to align pipeline generation priorities and business goals.
Partner with Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
Work alongside Sales Operations to optimise reporting, planning, and operational processes.
Influence senior stakeholders on growth initiatives, sales strategies, and investment decisions.
What You Bring
Experience & Expertise
Proven experience leading Inside Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, or Demand Generation teams.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, demand generation, and pipeline creation methodologies.
Experience within enterprise software, SaaS, technology, fintech, or financial services environments.
Knowledge of pipeline management, forecasting, sales performance metrics, and revenue generation strategies.
Demonstrated success in developing, coaching, and motivating high-performing sales teams.
