We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Inclusion & Belonging & WGEA to lead the execution of our Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) priorities across Australia while supporting the broader APAC I&B agenda. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic leadership, governance excellence, data-driven insights, and stakeholder influence to drive meaningful and measurable inclusion outcomes.  This role is critical in ensuring compliance obligations are met, and serves as the primary owner of Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) governance while influencing senior stakeholders to embed inclusive practices into broader people, culture, wellbeing, and talent strategies


The Opportunity

Based at either CSL Melbourne or Broadmeadows, this role reports to the Head, Culture, Inclusion & Belonging and works closely with both local and global stakeholders.  Specifically, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate the Australia Inclusion & Belonging network, partnering with local HR teams and regional stakeholders to drive strategic priorities.
  • Oversee end-to-end WGEA governance, annual reporting, compliance activities, executive review processes, and associated action plans.
  • Analyse workforce data and external benchmarks to identify opportunities across representation, talent, retention, pay equity, flexibility, and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement Australia's annual Inclusion & Belonging plan aligned to global priorities and business objectives.
  • Establish meaningful metrics, reporting dashboards, and governance processes to monitor progress and demonstrate impact.
  • Partner across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Procurement, Corporate Affairs, HR, and business functions to drive sustainable change.
  • Identify and manage compliance, governance, reporting, and reputational risks while ensuring alignment with legislation, policies, and company standards.

About You

You are a strategic and outcomes-focused leader who combines strong program management capabilities with a passion for fostering inclusive cultures. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy influencing stakeholders at all levels, and are comfortable translating data into compelling business narratives and action plans.


To be successful, you will bring:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Legal/Regulatory, People Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in Inclusion & Belonging, HR, workforce reporting, compliance, people analytics, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives with clear governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
  • Experience with WGEA reporting or similar regulatory workforce reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn workforce insights into practical and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, change management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working across regional or global environments, ideally across APAC.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to identify possibilities and turn them into realities.
