Honor is expanding the world's capacity to care by combining human touch and technology.
The Role

Honor exists to expand the world’s capacity to care.

We’re combining high tech with high-touch to deliver better home care for aging adults, better jobs for Care Professionals, and entirely new offerings to support the aging journey, at scale.

Founded in 2014, and now a Series E funded “Unicorn” valued at over $1B, Honor leads the world’s largest home care network with the most advanced care platform. Our August 2021 acquisition of Home Instead has created a global company that’s revolutionizing how society cares for older adults, their families, and Care Professionals.

The Honor Care Platform combines local care and the most advanced technology to bring the highest quality care to more aging adults.

Grow at Honor as part of a united team where everyone shows up authentically, shares ideas bravely, and solves complex problems!

About the Work:

As the Senior Manager of Implementation, you will lead a dedicated team in transitioning franchise businesses to the Care Platform, ensuring a seamless transfer that maximizes the retention of client revenue. Your leadership will be pivotal in empowering Franchise Owners and their teams, fostering confidence and capability for successful operations. This is essential not only for the short term financial health of our Franchise partners, but also our long term ability to expand the world’s capacity to care.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely execution of all implementation tasks: Oversee client and care professional onboarding, as well as franchise training and setup to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Develop and enact strategies to retain clients and care pros during the implementation process while striking a balance between CP employment requirements and risk. Oversee deimplementations, acquisitions, and transfers of on-platform business.
  • Maintain proactive communication: Keep internal and external stakeholders informed of progress and potential risks, inspire confidence in the process, and ensure timely adherence to the project plan and retention of revenue.
  • Develop and deliver training: Provide training and guidance during the implementation process to reduce transition friction and effort, ensuring the team is prepared to continue driving business growth post-implementation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements: Recognize and enact process adjustments that enhance retention of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) during the implementation process.
  • Develop a high-performing team: Set clear goals and success criteria, providing frequent and constructive feedback to team members, ensuring adherence and completion of the project plan and clear execution of ad hoc adjustments to project work
  • Coach team members: Provide guidance to specialists and associates on team challenges during implementations.
  • Foster a collaborative culture: Encourage a productive and motivated team environment aligned with the objective of maximizing ARR during implementations.
  • Manage ongoing process changes: manage change within the implementation process by updating the knowledge base and providing process-driven training to the team to drive adoption of change.
  • Stay current on both Honor and market policy: Proactively stay abreast of Honor’s policies and market-specific regulations and requirements in order to ensure adherence to said practices across the team. Develop and maintain an understanding of compliance requirements by state to support and ensure the successful onboarding of care pros to the Care Platform.
  • Manage onboarding funnel: Build the Care Pro funnel for each implementation, ensuring comprehensive compliance requirements are included in each funnel.
  • Deliver transparency on franchise performance: Convey franchise performance weekly to the owner and key player team through the duration of the Implementation process with the intent to keep franchise attention on maintaining and growing the existing business.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of work experience in project or account management, change management, implementation, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in people management and team building
  • Proven track record of developing successful partner/client relationships and programs that drive partner revenue at scale
